I'm out of town again and will try hooking up to the pc when back (but doubt there's anything there coz card has been "formatted") . I think I'll take it in to the dealership...

Thanks for that, but I was traveling so had to use the default card format option offered by the nuvicam - and it didn't work...

My nuvicam has a 4gb microsim. On a recent trip it gave an error message saying the card was full. I tried deleting video clips, as well as the trash can, and even resorted to formatting the card (with mush sweat and worry) because we were on day 1 of a 2 week trip.
