I had a problem with my Nuvi 2495 which I could not use, I sent a e-mail to Navworld in Randburg, I recieved an e-mail from Sebastian Brickneii there sales and product controller,
he said I must bring in the unit for a check up,I went to see then on Saterday I recieved the best reception, I got a number and went to the waiting area where there was coffie for believe it or not free,
my number was called and the tek guy looked at my unit, and informed me it could not be repaired, as I had a month over on my 3 year garentee he replaced it with a nuvi 2497 free of charge, I was surprised
as ther is always stories when it comes to replacing something, they loaded the new maps updated the software, I can recomend anyone if there is aproblem with your unit see then for good service
