I have great empathy with the red hearing day. About a month ago I send someone the co-ords of where we were to meet the next day at 09:00. He phoned at around 08:45 to say he was just leaving JHB and was about 75km away. Two hours later he phoned to get verbal directions to the meeting point. He arrived about an hour later. The co ords were loaded as degrees ie S26.52362 instead of S26 52.362. (dd mm.mmm) as stated when I send it through. It made a difference of about 80 km to the destination. It turned out he turned around to follow the GPS direction about 3 km from where we were to meet. Total km driven were 280 km instead of 90. It can cause quite a problem when the sender and receiver are on different wavelengths. He knew the meeting would be at the Vaal dam yet being in the vicinity of the dam still turned around.
