I have a set of 1:250 000 Surveyor General Maps - well I hope it's a full set. They're a bit dated (like mostly 1995/1996 when digital maps here weren't anywhere near the standard of today) but those interested in antiques might also be tempted I guess. If you are THE one, would you mind sending a PM to Metro Nomad and he'll provide you with my cellphone number - alternatively PM yours and I will contact you. We're moving* and I don't hold out much hope of being "on air" as it were from this evening onward for a while, so contact via the website might not be the best way of expressing your interest.
* that's how I found them
Price? Oh forgot that. All Expenses Paid trips for two to be at the start and end F1 races 2013 would be payment enough
Striving to succeed is more important than whatever comes second best
I see another habit that kicked in unobtrusively:- Capitalisation at the beginning of a sentence that resulted in a typographical error . By the way, those maps will hold some sentimental value to me, as I worked for 3 years at Surveyor-General in KwaZulu-Natal (a.k.a Port Natal) from 1988 to 1991. I was in their employ as a Pupil Survey Officer and I compiled topo-cadastral maps, prior to their employing a GIS system that spanned multiple floors.
