Hi MN,

Sorry I had not replied yet to your PM. Once I had made my 3rd post, can I reply to PM's and all the other stuff. By the way, today the hunt begins for UPS's for the kit and hopefully we can keep it up as long as needed. Eishkom out here is not great and I have them on board too to monitor electricity outages from the same server.

Why do they still bother to make covers for Pc cases, mine is also always removed :lol:

Hi all,

I managed to hit a bit of a Jackpot. I got 2 Eaton EX2200 UPS's for R1400,00 at a pawn broker in PMB. I will be setting these 2 beauties up to run the server, f/w and modem. In theory we shouldn't experience any glitches with the server going down, but Paddy says that Murphy is the eternal optomist.
