The yearly amendments to the National toll road fees are delayed now by more than a month. :dontknow:
Me thinks we are in for a shocker after voting day! :hammer:

The toll tariff increase was gazetted today at 5.8% increase for all but the Swartruggens Toll plaza. To be implimented 24 May.

Still no relief for motorcyclists! A trip up the N3 costs me, on my bike, the same as a large bakkie pulling a caravan with a boat trailer and motorcycle trailer behind...

I don't know if it's a typo error, but Swartruggens went up to R75, although they stated that it is the only one not changing!
Tolls that stayed the same are:
Grasmere Ramps
Oribi Ramps
King Shaka
Mvoti
Mandini Ramp
Qugga

That is a 5.7% increase. Either the news item had it wrong or a typo as you say :crybaby:.
