Nuvi 3790, My Trends

I don't know if this is a model issue or a map set issue, but My Trends does not work on my Nuvi 3790. I'm only 2km from work and in 3 years it still hasn't learned My Trends. Does this actually works?

It may be a stupid question Johan but have you checked that "MyTrends" are still enabled. It could have been deactivated during a hard reset.

Hi Jan,
My Nuvi 3790 comes into the house for service every time I fueled up the car. It is one function that I absolutely love of this unit. The Fuel log that that it keeps. I always update my excel file on my PC and along with that I always check the other settings as for instants the "My Trends". I do however often change maps from Garmin to Garmap, as Garmin does not know the street names here in Grootvlei.
Does the newer GPS models also have the ecoroute/fuel consumption function? If not I will never upgrade as long as my Nuvi 3790 LMT last.

You have to Navigate to a Favourite every day at roughly the same time using CN Maps.
After a while it will start to predict.
If I get into my car on a Sunday Morning it wants to take me to Church.
