Once the new member has registered, they receive an email from the forum welcoming them to it. Once they have confirmed their registration by responding to the activation email that is sent to them, the forum software generates a welcome PM that encourages them to browse around and head over to the introductions page where they can tell us more about themselves.

Looked through the list of members and found a member who is in Al Ain (United Arab Emirates). There are probably more members like that who work abroad and call South Africa home. Will look to see if I can spot more.
