I've been registered on this forum for a few years now. I've been having problems logging in and cannot reset my password. I created another account (this one), and I still cannot log in or change my password from another PC.
Please assist.

Have you looked at the options presented on the Login screen (as shown below)?
Under the options to enter your username and password is the link I forgot my password and clicking on this will take you to the next screen shown below:-
You will be prompted to enter the username and email address you used at time of registration, and when you click on Submit the system will send you a link to change your password to login to the forum.

I have followed those steps a few times. After I submit the user name and email address it tells me that I am not authorised to request a new password :(

After making 3 posts it allowed me to change my password.
I forgot the initial password.
