Coordinates formats

Hi

I don't know where to place this.

My question is as follows:

On some Websites the coordinates are represented by a Minus (-) sign eg -22.29672 / 16.890106. The coordinates is of a guest house somewhere in Namibië. I am familiar with the format S/E. How do I convert OR insert it into my GPS.

Hi

The values send to us by email was -22.29672 / 16.890106

But on the brochure which was receiveed later it shows as follows:
S22 16' 214"
E16 54' 069"

If I use a desimal to degree converter, it gives me the following:
Deg S22 min 17 sec 48.19
Deg E16 min 53 sec 24.38
These values is close to the brochure

It seems that the values in the email was desimal.
