Aarto Bill Signed Into Law

Hi all, SA’s new traffic demerits system, the Aarto Bill, signed into law and I quote...….President Cyril Ramaphosa has signed the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences (Aarto) Bill into law.The bill, was signed on Tuesday and will begin being implementation once the law has been gazetted with a commencement date.....but the bill has been met with opposition from Outa, the AA, and Justice Project SA.
