CNSA 2021.1 Map Update

Hi all, for those who qualify, CNSA 2021.1 map update is available for download via Garmin Express. Remember to make a FULL backup of your unit/units before downloading the updates, in the event of something going wrong during the update.
NB. ensure that you've updated Garmin Express to the latest version ie, 6.21.0.0

Hi Gerhard...... the only way to obtain the South African City Navigator map sets, is to buy it from Garmin SA.....(https://buy.garmin.com/en-ZA/ZA/p/15535) via Garmin Express. We do not have map sets available on the forum.
What unit do you have?....be specific. This map is not compatible with StreetPilot® devices
Before you do anything, make a full backup of your unit/s on your pc/laptop, so in the event of anything going wrong, you can revert back to the backup.
• First of all, you need to download Garmin Express from here.... (https://www.garmin.com/en-US/software/express/windows/) to your pc/laptop.
• After installation of Garmin Express, connect your unit to the pc/laptop with a suitable cable, making sure that the unit is recognized by the pc/laptop...ie mass storage
• Follow the prompts on Garmin Express and register your unit/s with Garmin.com....you will need a valid email address for obvious reasons.
• From Garmin Express you can then buy the map set, but a word of warning...many individuals had problems with Garmin.com

Hi Gerhard, did you manage to install the map set as requested from the other Gps forum.....You should be aware that this action is in contravention with Garmin's policies
