Mapsource Update

Hi all, I apologize for not posting ALL the relevant detail with regards to my previous post, relating to Mapsource. Mapsource is an outdated application, dating back to 2010, and have been replaced by Base Camp. Although Mapsource is still used by a lot of people to do route planning etc. it is no longer supported by Garmin.
I still use Mapsource and received a notification Saturday about an update for Mapsource, from Ver.6.16.2 to 6.16.3.
Forumites, if interested can download, Mapsource from here, (https://www8.garmin.com/support/downloa ... jsp?id=209), provided that you do have a previous Mapsource application installed on your pc otherwise it might not work.
Please remember that this version of MapSource no longer supports Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT, or Windows 2000. MapSource now requires Windows XP with Service Pack 3 or higher.
