Navworld Johannesburg Walk-in Customer Service Center Relocation

Since early 2013 Garmin Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd (GSA), has embarked on a journey to streamline and improve our Customer Service operations. Our Technical Call Center and Repair Center have been centralized and we have signed Navworld (Pty) Ltd on as the Garmin Authorized Service Provider in South Africa. We are confident that Navworld will provide our customers with the same service they have become accustomed to over the past years.

This communication serves to notify you, our valued customer, that the Navworld Walk-in Service Center in Johannesburg will relocate on the 22nd and 23rd of February 2014. From Monday the 24th of February 2014 no walk-in customer service will be offered at our offices in Honeydew.

The new address for the Navworld Walk-in Service Center in Johannesburg is:
38 Langwa Street (previously 74),
c/o Malibongwe Drive & Hammer Ave,
Strijdom Park, Randburg, 2194.
