What is best GPS navigation software out there?

I recently bought myself an android GPS DVD navigations system which replaced my IGO8 maps running on a WIN CE system.

The new unit has WIFI so I can use WAZE or Google maps but I would still like to have something offline as well.

I am struggling to update my IGO8 maps running on Win CE (so I can sell the unit with updated maps atleast) so I will not go the IGO route again for the android system.

DesNav looks awesome but I read in the Google PlayStore of so many people that bought it and their phone got stolen/Replaced.... Good bey to your GPS as well. Noway to transfer the membership. Even if you were to purchase a new phone or car radio you just have to pay again as DesNav have a strict policy of one license per device. I am young hence I will get another phone and car radio so I don't think that this is the best option.

I tried some app in the PlayStore which is free and you cannot even search for a streat and house no, only a town. This is useless.

What else is there for offline navigation software for WinCE and Android and has things like speed warnings and POI.
